Our next monthly auxiliary meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 7 pm. This meeting is critical to the future of our Auxiliary.   In recent months, we have struggled with attendance at our meetings.  We could not hold a meeting in March because we did not have a quorum (5 members) in attendance.

Our annual elections will be held at the April meeting.  We need to have enough members present and willing to accept the following positions:

•                 President
•                 Sr. Vice President
•                 Jr. Vice President
•                 Treasurer
•                 Chaplain
•                 Conductor
•                 Guard
•                 3-year Trustee (Total of 3 trustees, one to be elected each year to serve a 3-year term)
•                 Secretary (appointed position that may also hold an elected position)
•                 Patriotic Instructor (appointed position that may also hold an elected position)

ALL elected positions must be filled in order for the Auxiliary to be in compliance for the 2025-2026 year. If these elected positions are NOT filled, we will have to have a vote at our May meeting to surrender our Charter and become a defunct Auxiliary.

I encourage each of you to attend the April 8th meeting so that we can keep our Auxiliary open and further our mission to help veterans and their families.  If you have not attended a meeting or event at the Post in a long time, please consider coming back to the Auxiliary and help us to once again be a vibrant, active VFW Auxiliary.
